1. Can i get a sample for testing and how about the sample lead time?
Sure, we welcome sample order to test and quality check. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.
For the exsiting samples, we will send you in 1-2 days, and you will get it within 2-7 days.
For the samples with your logo or design, we need about 3-7 days for preparing, after that, you will get it within 2-7 days. 2. How about the mass production lead time?Mass production lead time normally needs about 15-30 days, it depends on your order quantity and our factory production schedule. 3. Can i have my own design with customized logo and color?Of course, any customized logos and colors are welcome.
4. What kind of printing technology do you have?
Silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, water transfer printing, laser engraving printing and so on. And pls kindly note all of the printing are done by our factory. 5. Could you open a new mould for our company?Sure, we can help to open a new mould for our customers, pls send us your 3D design and all the details. Regarding to the mould cost, it will be refunded once your order quantity reach to 100000-500000pcs. 6. What's your payment term?T/T, LC and other payment terms are welcome.
